Have you tried the chili sauce that uses soy sauce as a main ingredient?

I don’t know who invented fermenting chillis with soy sauce. All I can recall is, back in 2014 during the holidays, people in the village started to use soy sauce to soak tabasco peppers, and mashed Thai chilis. Each year our family would parepare several jugs which could last for a whole year. We use the chili sauce to mix with rice and noodles, to make dipping sauce, or to stir fry with other ingredients, and they all taste fantastic. #Dianxixiaoge, a local Yunnan girl.
